By default, the internal object mapper will call findAndRegisterModules. If this is not the desired behaviour, implementors might replace it by a custom object mapper of their choice, either using ServiceLoader or explicit static call. Signed-off-by: fjtirado <ftirados@redhat.com>

By default, the internal object mapper will call findAndRegisterModules. If this is not the desired behaviour, implementors might replace it by a custom object mapper of their choice
The ObjectMapperFactory can be set at any time, but it has to always return the same intance.
See #846 for alternative proposal that does the same but not force the factory to return always the same instance.
