Fix #737
A new test module was created, which now contains all yaml files and all test. This module has as dependencies impl-jackson and impl-http.
jwt modules was deleted and integrated into http
several poms were cleaned up and some packages renamed.
Minor changes were perfomed in jwt-jackson-imp.
Fixed an issue with InMemoryEvents
