Current-base signed replacement for Dependabot PR #557.
Pins the CodeQL action setup, init, analyze, and SARIF upload steps to v4.37.3. The original PR was based on an older main; this replacement will be validated on its exact head and entered into the serialized merge queue only after the required checks are green.
