Always displays dar mode theme, even with HTML rendering

For me, the quick look is always in dark mode. As opposed to various other issues related to dark mode issues (#309 #295 #202), changing the rendering engine to HTML does not fix the issue for me: RTF and HTML are both always dark mode for me. Clean re-install or Finder restarts also do not fix the issue.
