Website needs docs for current release

Right now the website contains docs for git master. It also needs docs for the current release, and maybe an archive of past releases.

Would it be hard to have branches/tags in the Rust repository and just dump the documentation from each branch/tag to subfolders, e.g.

• http://dl.rust-lang.org/doc/v03/
• http://dl.rust-lang.org/doc/trunk/
• http://dl.rust-lang.org/doc/ redirecting to the latest release

It would be nice to have this for 0.3 already since e.g. resources are gone.

It is fixed, though I'm not sure how automated it is.
