This makes the posts more legible by:

  • Rendering Field Projections syntax such as: x.ref.@f properly (not extrapolating those as GitHub usernames)
  • Rendering code blocks properly
  • Always keeping the "Goals looking for help" header on its own line
  • Keeping the detailed updates sections collapsed by default

I've made a bunch of fixes to the rust-project-goals repos and they really should be applied to the already-published posts too because especially the code blocks and field projection syntax is essentially inscrutable now.
