Description of Change
getSocketOption() allows full access to all levels of the getsockopt() function call.
files changed: WiFIClient.cpp and WiFiClient.h
Tests scenarios
Tested on ESP32 board with Arduino IDE 2.0.0 and Arduino-esp32 core v2.0.5
