Pressing Alt+Tab during --fullscreen hangs (Windows 11)

Repro:

• Windows 11:
• start with --fullscreen (tested with and without --preset=tandy & ega, with and without --scaling=native)
• press Alt+Tab (you'll notice that it does not invoke the natural Alt+Tab flow; you cannot continuing Alt+Tabbing to get to a desired window)
• go back to PC-BASIC (you'll see it is hung up)

Unfortunately I don't have a Windows 11 machine I can try this on, so someone who does would have to investigate the root cause and propose a fix.
