I'm honored to learn about this tool, but there seems to be something wrong with it.
This is my output command line：
./FaStore-master/scripts/fastore_compress.sh --lossless --in xxx.sub1.fq --pair xxx.sub2.fq --out xxx --threads 16 --verbose
My input file size is small, but the task has been running in rungng state for two days on the server, and no errors have been reported.
