This PR adds enhanced audiobook parsing, making non-webpub audiobooks more of a first-class citizen when it comes to formats supported by the go-toolkit. Effort is made to extract metadata (title, author, subject etc.) as well as generate a table of contents based on metadata in the audio files or separate playlist files.
Note: the enhanced audiobook parser was coded largely by Claude Opus 4.8 (highest setting)
