We don't support Python2 anymore. Also, the brew recipe is supposed to be fully automatic now, so removed outdated instructions.

If there's no more python2 support, then is the --with-python3 flag redundant? Maybe this isn't the right PR to make that change |

'--with-python3' means that you want the Python wrappers to be built. |
