This repo owns:

• StackStorm runtime deployment for PoundCake
• StackStorm startup/bootstrap jobs
• generated ST2 API key secret export
• PoundCake-owned StackStorm actions and workflows under packs/poundcake

Install locally:

./bin/install-poundcake-stackstorm.sh
