Same as #141. It's already been fixed in #134.

It may have been fixed, as have many other things since the last release 2+ years ago, but the regular user not doing dev version installs will still have the same deprecation message. Could you perhaps make a CRAN release and put this issue - as well as many others - to bed permanently?
