Fixing a couple of features that I had forgotten to test before merging #195
Adds
toggle_editableandchange_grid_optionmethods. The former should work consistently but the latter should be considered experimental, as it doesn't work well with all options.Fixes the
boldIndexgrid option, which got broken when I rebased the referenced PR against master.Bumping to 1.1.0-beta.1
