Thank you so much @mikegre-google for the comments and suggestions. I tried applying as much as possible, however I'm not sure I can respond to some of the more technical comments. Since the goal of this PR is to reorganize content but not change the actual text, I propose that further content changes are done in a follow-up PR, if possible.

Sounds good. I am merging this PR because it's meant to be moving files around.

@mikegre-google had lots of good suggestions, let's not lose them.
