Instagram browser uses prerender

• we pulled down the changes in Added new AI crawlers #248 early to get the crawler fixes and noticed a small regression
• including instagram in the list of crawlers breaks sites that don't want to be prerendered in the Instagram app browser
• we verified that removing instagram from the list fixes the issue
