Swap ESLint for oxlint. Drops 14 stub
.eslintrcfiles and the privateeslint-config-react-springpackage in favour of a single root.oxlintrc.json. Rule set mirrored 1:1 — no new warnings or errors. ESLint 8 is end-of-life; oxlint is dramatically faster and removes ~1400 lines of lockfile.
