Publish the Scala 2.13 version to Maven Central

Only Scala 2.11 & 2.12 are available.
I compiled the 2.13 version, used it with Play 2.7 and it works, at least the way I use it.

Why not publish it?

I have the same question. Is the push expected to ever happen or is this project generally dead?

We publish snapshots of the main branch now. You should able to use them by adding resolvers += Resolver.sonatypeRepo("snapshots") to your build.sbt: https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/snapshots/com/typesafe/play/play-socket-io_2.13/
