Create a landing page for PendulumPay webapp

As i user, I should be able to visit the PendulumPay landing page

Acceptance criteria

• On visiting PendulumPay webapp
• Show PendulumPay logo at the center of the web page
• Show two buttons on the top right corner
  • "Sign-up"
  • "Login"
• Show social icons on the left bottom corner

@prayagd we should also add that the user is always redirected to this page whenever they are not logged in or are not on any of the pages of the login or registration flows.
