Bug - Page - Group Section example not keyboard accessible

The Group Section example includes a horizontal nav that is not keyboard accessible. Focus does not enter the horizontal nav items when tabbing through them.

Weirdly, it does seem to work in the Horizontal tertiary nav example.

Looks like it's happening because the links don't have an href attribute.
