Scale for scope

It would be nice to be able to add a scaling factor for the scope y axis to plot in different units

@RemDelaporteMathurin do you think this should purely be a UI thing or have a scaling array for the pathsim scope block? What would you prefer as a user?

I believe it should live in the pathsim block, here's a few reasons why:

• Changing the scaling is similar to changing the labels, it's for plotting purposes. And labels live in the block
• If users weren't able to change the scaling in the Scope (either UI or in pathsim) the way to do it is to have an amplifier just before the scope block, which suggests this is pathsim functionality
• in terms of reproducibility and having pathview being a mirror of pathsim, if this functionality is not included in pathsim then the generated python script from pathview would be either not identical to the pathview results (if scaling is just ignored) or a bit more complicated by adding logic in the plotting part
