OC 9 - files_antivirus stable 9

Hey guys, next to the integrity check the logs also show this error:

Login to phpmyadmin or with console to your database and use the sql command :
select * from oc_filecache WHERE fileid = yourid;

This will showing the missing app with the file-id.
If the file is not present in Filesystem delete the database entry.
I had the same yesterday.

No phpmyadmin here, also no remote root connections allowed, can't reach the machine physically. Need to work around these issues to fix it. Meanwhile could you explain a bit more to me?

I have them both enabled, both not used, federate until an hour ago. The errors where there a lot earlier. What do you need me to do?

I have the same issue. However, when I access database:
select * from oc_filecache WHERE fileid = yourid;
I get a particular .jpg file, prefixed by /files/photos/imgxxxx.jpg. It is only by inference that I know which user it belongs to. When I look at that user's files, the file is present and 'www' user has read/write access. Additionally, 'www' has execute access for all of the 'data' directory and subdirectories. I deleted the named .jpg, forced a file re-scan using the occ tool, and the next cron popped a similar error for another, present, accessible file. Might be a OC9/PHP 7 issue?

Yes some files pop up. Why ever. It's really strange.

A little testing shows that the problem occurs when a file resides in a different user's home than the $anyUser used to initialize the file system in initFS(). By replacing:
\OC_Util::setupFS($anyUser->getUID());
with
\OC_Util::setupFS('user1id');
The cronjob works properly for a file that resides in user1's home (home::user1) in oc_storages. Seems there is some problems with trying to use getpath() for a different user than initialized the filesystem.

Here is a screenshot from Adminer in the table oc_filecache:

The entry at the bottom did cause the exception and the top entry did once cause an exception but I could "fix" it by prepending a "benedikt/" (benedikt is my username) to the path value. On the other hand it is then not possible to watch the picture anymore:

Exception: Could not locate file linked to ID: 64

In addition to that I do not notice any "usability bugs" because of this NotFoundException, it is just spamming the log everytime the cronjob is executed.

Is there maybe a way to rebuild a "clean" oc_filecache table?

Addendum: These NotFoundExceptions occur since I have activated the files_antivirus app but still occur after disabling the app.

After 9.0.1 upgrade still have the error. Breaks performance aswell,
activating antivirus with the errors.
