Feature request for the new cinnamon-screenshot

Hi guys!

I'm member of Shutter's dev team (so bear with me, if I chose the wrong category, I'm kind of a downstream developer 😃 ). Recently, xdg-desktop-portal implemented a new API version allowing external screenshot tools like Shutter to access the screen state: flatpak/xdg-desktop-portal#1981

xdg-desktop-portal-xapp was the first one to implement the backend for this new API version: linuxmint/xdg-desktop-portal-xapp@782e253

I guess, to actually support the API calls, a new screenshot tool for Cinnamon, cinnamon-screenshot has been developed: linuxmint/cinnamon@b780321697ddc1c137557

So, first of all, thanks a ton to @mtwebster for the lightning fast implementation!

It's not a pressing issue, but it would be great, if cinnamon-screenshot could offer a window selector at some point to allow differentiating between the targets 2 (window) and 8 (active window).

Hi, yeah I'm going to work on this - the new API version caught me off guard. We've wanted to ditch gnome-screenshot finally in favor of our own tool, and I was just planning a minimal update to the portal before noticing the version change.
