Improve ZIM metadata

This is the metadata on iPad. Assuming there is not bug in the reader, and hopefully right on this.

Here my questions and remarks:

• Better title would just "Monaco map"
• Description could be improved, "Maps for all Monaco" sounds strange to me. Maybe a suggestion: "All details about Monaco geography, including roads and landmarks".
• As far I understand labelling of places, they are in French and English. Language metadat should be according
• There is no video content

• scraper does not decides about title and description, it is a scraper user / content team decision ; I encourage you to take part to the content team discussions about title and description if you see fit ; it is important as well to mention that "Monaco" ZIM is not intended to be published so far, it is just a convenient ZIM for tests because of its small size so I took ownership of deciding about these title and description based on pattern used on other recipes
• we've already decided about the fact we will advertise only English in "Language" metadata in Which language should we advertise in maps ZIMs? #23 ; we've also agreed we will refine this at a latter stage, so if you have a precise idea about how to do that, feel free to open an issue explaining this (keeping in mind "Monaco" case is not the general case at all.
• ZIM has no Tag, I don't know why kiwix-apple (or something else) decides to say the ZIM has videos, details and pictures in such a case instead of saying "I don't know" ; we could indeed set systematically set _sw:no;_ftindex:yes;_pictures:yes;_videos:no;_details:yes

@kelson42 without more feedback from you, I consider that adding Kiwix reserved tags is the only thing to fix scraper-side

I have no clue where is that discussion and won't take part, but never put "offline" in metadata.

We should put the tags, otherwise the reader tries to be smart... which is not good.
