fix ink contract test

Description

After the polkadot SDK upgrade, the Ink contract test is failed in e2e.
The PR removes the contract's dependency on subtensor runtime common.
Ink contract just use the raw data type instead of Netuid, AlphaCurrency defined in the runtime common
since Rust zero abstraction。
