Hey, I want to build a site with the domain name openapp

As, openapp.org is unreachable and has no listed owner and openapp.com is an IoT company.

Could I be able to take the domain off your hands?

Hi, I assume that you're talking about openapp.io. There are plans for it, so it's a domain name that I need to keep. Sorry.
