Completed security scans currently bury the report beneath repeated
codex-security:prefixes and unstructured status lines.Lead with the report path, then show aligned findings, coverage, elapsed time, token usage, cost, and results. Interactive terminals use their existing color palette for severity and underline the report path; redirected output,
NO_COLOR, andTERM=dumbstay plain. Structured scan output is unchanged.Validated with focused completion-output tests, both SDK test suites, formatting checks, and TypeScript checks.
