Overview

Add the service.instance.id to all metrics and logs emitted by the Oracle DB receiver in resource attribute. This attribute provides a logical identifier for the service instance, improving observability and allowing better correlation of telemetry data across different signals. The value of service.instance.id will be in the format <host>:<port>. 1521 will be used as the default port.
