Move to exporterhelper's `QueueBatch`

open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector#8122 introduces the new QueueBatch. To accomodate to the changes PR #41225 patched things temporarily, however, the ideal state would be to deprecate the currently batcher setting and migrate to the QueueBatch.

Another important objective that this would address is related to the partitioning of batches in the exporter. PR open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector#12760 introduces multi-batch support which would be a nice addition to the Elasticsearch exporter.
