fix(demo): prevent duplicate and overlapping popovers

Summary

• Prevent clicking the same demo button repeatedly from creating duplicate popovers.
• Close the currently active popover before opening another popover demo.
• Ensure only one demo popover is active at a time.

Notes

This updates the docs examples behavior in Examples.astro without changing the Driver.js core API.
