Issue stems from OnlyOffice not using the viewer app to show their editor, they directly register a default file action through OCA.Files.fileActions.setDefault().

We pass internal links directly to the viewer /src/helpers/links.js#openLink

This should be fixed nowadays with link handling being refactored several times. Don't hesitate to comment if you still experience this problem.
