Education "bundle"

Because all other application groupings use the word “bundle”.

Checklist

• Code is properly formatted
• Sign-off message is added to all commits
• Tests (unit, integration, api and/or acceptance) are included
• Screenshots before/after for front-end changes
• Documentation (manuals or wiki) has been updated or is not required
• Backports requested where applicable (ex: critical bugfixes)

Sounds good to me for consistency, but just checking in with @jospoortvliet in case this is used in language elsewhere.

We no longer advertise the education edition as such, so I think it's fine to rename. Then, if/when we talk about this in public again, we also use the new naming scheme. Thanks!
