CloudIdManager::getDisplayNameFromContactspecifically checks for a strictly matchingcloudIdin the results, so a LIKE query is superfluous.This PR adds an option to use an equivalence query
=inCardDavBackend::searchByAddressBookIdsto improve matching speed.CloudIdManager::getDisplayNameFromContactnow uses this option.Follow up of #27884
