[Bug]: Internal server error after update to 31.0.5

Bug description

After updating using web update wizard I'm facing internal server error linked with talk app. Here is the log line showing error blocking nextcloud webservice to start:

Call to undefined method OCA\Talk\Config::isCallEndToEndEncryptionEnabled()

Temporary sollution was to disable talk with occ commands.

Steps to reproduce

1. Update Nextcloud server to 31.0.5 from 30.0.5 using web update tool.
2. Allow to update apps.
3. Restart web system.

Expected behavior

Nexcloud web service should start w/o any problem after update from stable to stable version.

Thanks @kesselb. Yes, seems the same -> it's an opchace cleaning issue, after manual opchace clean using:

opcache_reset()

then after enabling talk it works. I don't know how opcache cleaning is realised after update, but maybe it is something to improve here.

opcache.validate_timestamps=0

so I've changed to 60 - I hope it is going to solve this issue for the future.

Hmm, when you updated entirely via web interface, not via CLI, then I agree this is a bug, since the update should automatically trigger OPcache invalidation for those parts which changed, or simply everything.

Having OPcache invalidated regularly is only meant to help against issues when updating via CLI (or changing config.php via CLI), as CLI cannot invalidate the web instance of OPcache, isn't it?

Sounds like a good idea to also clear the opcache there.

Best would be probably to invalidate only cached scripts of the updated/installed app. Sadly there is no native function to invalidate by prefix, but only the whole cache or individual files. Files could be collected and invalidated individually, like opcache-gui does it when searching/filtering: https://github.com/amnuts/opcache-gui/blob/master/src/Opcache/Service.php#L225-L244
But probably implementing such is not worth the hassle and opcache_reset is just fine.
