Bug description

drag'n'drop zone only appears when there is a readme file in the folder.

Steps to reproduce

  1. create a folder
  2. drag'n'drop a file in that folder
  3. file is opened in the browser and not uploaded to the folder
  4. go back one page in your browser
  5. create a readme file in your folder
  6. drag a file file in that folder
  7. the drag'n'drop zone shows up above the readme file
  8. drop your file
  9. your file is uploaded

Expected behavior

a drag'n'drop zone should show no matter if there is or not a readme file in the folder
