[Bug]: File upload conflict modal can not be closed

Bug description

The file upload conflict modal has a close button but it can't be clicked. Nothing happens. Neither does when I click outside the modal.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a folder
2. Download an existing file
3. Upload the same file again

Expected behavior

Conflict dialogue shows, which I can close to discard the upload.

Will be addressed with nextcloud-libraries/nextcloud-upload#976. Needs then a new release of the upload lib and an update here...

Was released with https://github.com/nextcloud-libraries/nextcloud-upload/releases/tag/v1.0.2. Need to bump it on master and stable28 to this version then.
