[feature request] Share a form by more than one method.

I just recently started using forms instead of just toying with it waiting for a reason to use it.

I discovered some logged-in users didn't know a form existed because it was shared by link. Authenticated users should also see that form, but it was valuable to gather information on some forms before a person was in the system, so some were shared by link.

In the Polls app they found a way to share a variety of ways simultaneously. Perhaps it's reuseable code?
