Claude can no longer use gh pr comment, so it must write to /tmp/preexisting-issues.md. The post-processing step is then the sole thing that posts the comment, guaranteeing the correct footer and no intro or notes. Generated with AI Co-Authored-By: Claude Code <ai@netwrix.com>
