Add shortcut action to toggle between dark/light modes

I take screenshots of both dark and lights modes for the handbook. It'd be nice if there was a way to trigger this change via a shortcut so I don't have to open preferences every time.

It can be called 'Toggle light/dark theme'. It should not have a default shortcut.
