[Task]: update push duty rotation

Description

AMO's push duty is currently @eviljeff and mat; now we have a largesr team it can be expanded again. Proposed new rotation:

• eviljeff
• mat
• chrstinalin
• willdurand (not actually new to AMO at all, but iirc he volunteered 😉)
• benjamin
