• Also adds pre commit because formatting is way too easy with this.

This is a nit pick but my setup prints planning_scene_tutorial-1 in front of each line.

I had export RCUTILS_CONSOLE_OUTPUT_FORMAT="[{name}]: {message}" in my bashrc but I removed it and got the same result (maybe I did something wrong).

@MarqRazz I have planning_scene_tutorial-X too in my prints. Though I don't know a way to not print it tbh.

export RCUTILS_CONSOLE_OUTPUT_FORMAT="[{name}]: {message}" did not work for me for this particular as well.
