Surface downloaded runtimes in Xcode Junk, delete through `simctl runtime delete`, and auto-select outdated ones on Smart Scan. Gracefully skip when xcrun is missing; covered by unit tests. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
