[MTP] CI logs unnecessarily long and hard to read

The default behavior when running in CI where we show progress, and we print the currently running test every 3 seconds, is too annoying IMO, and makes output hard to read.

We changed the behavior in testfx CI specifically but I would like to track something more global so that the "default" behavior, at least in CI, is good.
