### Description The [1.22 release branch](https://github.com/microsoft/onnxruntime/tree/rel-1.22.0) has been cut, so we need to update the version in main from 1.22.0 to 1.23.0. Signed-off-by: bfilipek <bartlomiej.filipek@intel.com>
