Misaligned line numbers

Open a new editor and spam the Enter key to overfill the viewport. Spam Delete key all the way to first line.

Test was done on Linux with 065fa74

Reproducible on Windows with Windows Terminal with commit 5c5471e.

Also the issue is reproducible by compiling the app, running it, and hitting Enter 10 times.

Resizing the terminal windows will make them all line up again, but the issue is still in effect. It seems that resizing the terminal forces it to update to the actual width of the line numbers.

This affects the cursor, as it will become offset to where text gets displayed, if edit thinks the width is smaller then it actually is.

And yes, if the max line number decreases enough that edit would shrink width of the line number area, it will not shrink it. It will remain aligned at least.

I was able to use git bisect to find the issue was added in from PR #406.

Not sure what in that PR broke it.
Looks like some calls to reflow were removed from TextBuffer::edit_end and TextBuffer::undo_redo.
