One SQL connection was converted to two connections(duplicated)

One of the "SQL" connection was converted to two connections, is it expected?
In Original RDL:

After Converted: (Two connections were generated)

It will cause deployment error as of duplicated connections' name, any thoughts we can avoid this?

This is wierd, I didn't meet this kind of issue.
Now the rdlmigration is integrated into last PBI Report Builder, maybe you can try with it.
