Now every package has their own .__version__ endpoint (releasenote : https://github.com/Qiskit/qiskit/blob/main/releasenotes/notes/1.0/__qiskit_version__11305-bcf134513641462b.yaml)
And so the -qiskit-version of the go api doesn't work anymore.
What is the expected behavior?
I need to change the way to get the qiskit versions packages
