Blocked on #163 — CI is red on main so this can't go green. Note this group includes actions/checkout v6 to v7, which is a major with changed fork-PR checkout behaviour, so it's not a blind merge. |

Looks like these dependencies are updatable in another way, so this is no longer needed. |
