unpublish 'dominode' or remove .js

it's really confusing to have dominode named 'dominode' on github, but 'dominode.js' on npm, and and out of date one called dominode on npm as well...

some guy parked dominode so i was forced to publish it as dominode.js. maybe browser-dominode is better? i can add the npm install instructions to the readme

caps are ordered before lowercase in search.npmjs.org. that will teach him.
