$InputFileName stopped working

This used to work few weeks ago

(*getme.m*)
Print[$InputFileName];

In[1]:= Get["getme.m"]                                                                                                                       
/home/vs/Downloads/getme.m

but now I get only an empty string.

I probably broke this in doing #1281 . I'll take a look when I get a chance.

I also think ReadList[] is broken too, but I think this had been broken for a while and I just changed the brokenness.

I can confirm that in b179628 ,the commit before I started the refactor, $InputFilename works.

And this is probably and easy fix too. I just need some time to be able to address this though.

@vsht #1304 adds the two lines of code that got inadvertently dropped. However for this to be complete, I should add tests so this kind of thing doesn't happen again.

Buy #1325 this has been more fully addressed.
